Lecture with Monika Björn

Strong through menopause

Friday, November 7, 16.00-17.30 in Lecture Hall K1

Strong through menopause is an inspiring lecture for those who want to understand, strengthen and take care of their body in the best way through the menopause journey. With knowledge, warmth and recognition, Monika invites you to a moment filled with insights and concrete tools, to show that you are not alone and that there is actually a lot you can do to feel better, both physically and mentally.

The lecture is based on Monika’s appreciated books, “Strong through menopause” + “Strong 50+: hormones, sleep, diet and exercise” and is aimed at both women and men of all ages – not only to those who are currently going through menopause, but also to those who want to be prepared, or to those who work with or live close to someone who does. The knowledge is for anyone who wants to understand more – and for anyone who wants to make a real difference.
