Soul Flow
Josefine Dyall

Session 2: 10:10-11:10

In SOUL FLOW YOGA, we have Vinyasa yoga as a base but let go of performance, perfection and that thing about reaching a future goal to instead completely land in our body – feel how it feels on the inside. Yoga can sometimes feel very strict, which can be nice but also lead to performance anxiety. To lovely music, we play with different positions and techniques with the attitude that everyone can yoga and meditate. There are infinitely many different techniques that all give the same wonderful effects – we get down in the body, feel harmony in the mind and get a little deeper understanding of ourselves. This is not something we can read about, watch someone else do or understand with our intellect – we have to try it out and feel it in our own body. During this class we mix & match traditional yoga with other exciting techniques – and this in a playful way.

Most importantly – come as you are! Beginner or experienced. The whole class is about listening to your own body.

About Josefine:

When Josefine found yoga and meditation, her life took a complete turn. From living with performance anxiety and stress to today finding a whole new harmony and presence. Previously, she studied economics at the Stockholm School of Economics and then worked as a strategy consultant. During these years, she began to experience the magical effect of yoga against stress, pressure and performance anxiety. Today she is passionate about spreading these ancient Eastern techniques to her surroundings in a playful and Westernized way. For many years she traveled the world sharing hundreds of retreats through her company The Soul Space. For the past five years she has been running the retreat center, Lyckhem, in the Stockholm archipelago with her love Karl Dyall.

With her teaching, she wants to inspire people to dare to shift their attention from the head and down into the body. Now has written two books on “Learn to listen to your body” & “Set yourself free”

Yoga nidra – Landing & energy boost
Johanna Alvin

Session 3: 11:20-11:50

Settle in comfortably and bring movement to stillness. Rest in the place where you can anchor yourself and replenish your energy for the afternoon. You are guided to the borderland between wakefulness and sleep, the state of yoga nidra, where deep recovery can take place while creativity, lightness and clarity can emerge.

Come as you are, no previous experience needed. Yoga nidra can be explained as guided deep relaxation and has the potential to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, replenish energy and provide focus in the direction you desire.

About Johanna:

Johanna is a sports teacher, health educator and yoga teacher. She has previously run a yoga studio, started an online community for yoga teachers and trained yoga teachers in Vinyasa flow, yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. She has written the books Stillness – Yoga Nidra for better sleep, more energy and clearer thoughts and Sleep Yoga – a relaxation story for children. Johanna is loved for her humble yet clear way of meeting and including people in a community while they are on their own journey.

Since 2018, her signature has been A Slower Life, where she helps people find their own pace, anchor their own values and live in an everyday life with more peace, meaning and joy.

Please note that entrance to Allt för Hälsan is not included in this activity ticket and needs to be purchased separately in order to enter the exhibition area and attend the lecture.
