Come and experience the joy of dancing with one of Sweden’s most popular dance teachers – Tobias Karlsson! To the tones of the ever-popular classic “I Will Survive”, you are offered simple steps with elements of Latin-inspired movements. The class is adapted for seniors, where the joy of dance and community are at the center – and EVERYONE can join!
About Tobias:
He is the dancer of Sweden! With 20 seasons of Let’s Dance under his belt, he has spread joy in TV sofas all over the country. Since 2009, he has been leading dance classes on Springtime’s training trips and makes everyone feel safe on the dance floor. In addition to being an outstanding dancer, he is also one of Sweden’s most sought-after lecturers – where he inspires with powerful messages about inclusion and everyone’s equal value. Tobias has a unique ability to see each individual and create joy in every room he steps into.
Jonas Fredriksson
Exercise for the whole body
With the body as the only tool, we train easily, fun and adapted for everyone! The workout strengthens the whole body in a gentle way – perfect for those who want to become stronger, more mobile and get more energy in everyday life. We alternate strength, balance, mobility and endurance, where you can adapt the pace yourself.
Objective:
To make you feel fitter, stronger and happier – in a safe and positive community.
About Jonas:
Jonas is an experienced trainer and educator at Friskis&Svettis, with a background in boxing where he competed at a high level in his youth. He is also a firefighter and likes to vary the training, challenge participants and convey the joy of training. On Springtime’s training trips, Jonas leads kettlebells, strength training, circuit training and padel, and he always makes the participants want to give their best – with a focus on having fun.


Carina Langemar
Yoga for seniors
Accessible yoga for both the experienced and the untrained. With thorough instructions, you can relax and follow movements that feel natural and comfortable for your body. Yoga makes you more flexible and stronger, improves your balance and body control, and helps you breathe deeply and calmly – which is beneficial for both body and mind.
About Carina:
Carina has over 35 years of experience as a yoga, exercise and yoga leader and is a certified yoga teacher with a focus on senior training. She has been a leader on Springtime’s training trips since 2009, and is passionate about conveying the importance of maintaining and strengthening the body’s mobility, balance and muscle strength.
Previously, Carina has been employed at Friskis&Svettis and worked there with training development and leadership training.
