We live in a fast-paced world that is filled with a lot of Yang energy. Find balance and stillness through a meditative Yin practice. Yin is an inward practice where postures are held longer to access the deeper tissues of the body. After the body is nourished, we will calm the mind through a relaxing meditation done entirely in Savasana. This Yin and Meditation class will leave you feeling nourished, grounded, and free of tension. All levels are welcome
